Sessions are available in person, online (video), by phone, and as Walk & Talk where suitable and weather-permitting.

Understanding Anxiety Counselling

Anxiety can feel like racing thoughts, a tight chest, sleepless nights or constant “what ifs”. A trauma-informed approach acknowledges how your nervous system has been trying to protect you. We prioritise safety, choice and collaboration so the work feels manageable and useful in everyday life.
